St Stefanus Blonde

Unique in that it is unpasteurised and continues maturing in the bottle. After three months it is light golden with cinnamon and banana aromas and a caramel taste. After eighteen months, it is deep golden with a more pronounced spiciness. With roots dating back to 1295, it’s the original Abbey beer. To this day it’s brewed with three different yeasts and matured for at least three months: unpasteurised, high fermented beer that is then refermented in the bottle.
